DINITROL PVC PA 283 02 is a PVC-epoxy resin mixture (solvent-free) suitable for exterior applications such as bonnet frames and boot lids. For EC wash resistance, the material must be dried in a ventilated oven with a minimum temperature of 160°C and a maximum temperature of 200°C (for +- 20 minutes). The material is approved according to OPEL specification L000 0406.

Application
DINITROL PVC PA 283 02 is applied from airless pumps, high-pressure hoses and pumps with suitable extension nozzles. The application parameters depend on the nozzle, temperature, type of equipment, etc. The maximum object temperature[1] is 200°C, maximum 60 minutes. Baking at a minimum object temperature of 175°C, mini[1]mum 20 minutes.
Storage
DINITROL PVC PA 283 02 should be stored in a closed container in a dry and ventilated area at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. The shelf life is 6 months. The shelf life is 6 months. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water.
