Dinitrol 9100 400 ml

DINITROL 9100 is used together with the appropriate pre-treatments to replace windscreens.
By using this high modulus product, the torsional stiffness of the car body is increased by an additional 30 - 50%.
The low conductive property of DINITROL 9100 prevents contact corrosion. DINITROL 9100 is free of solvents and PVC.
The safe drive-off time is ½ hour. This product is only suitable for experienced users.

Pre-treatment

It is recommended to clean the surface to be bonded in advance with a cleaner such as DINITROL 582. The use of DINITROL pre-treatment agents additionally supports the adhesive effect.

Application

DINITROL 9100 is applied by extrusion from cartridges or tubular bags.
We recommend using a suitable application gun (e.g. DINITROL Milwaukee gun) to apply DINITROL 9100 so that the higher viscosity adhesive can be applied with sufficient pressure. Preliminary tests are recommended.
