DINITROL 4010 SPRAY Anti-corrosion agent 500ml spray, beige transparent

The high performance surface protection DINITROL 4010 SPRAY, the successor to DINITROL AV 30, can also be used in many other areas of application. It can be used in both open and closed areas.
The product penetrates like a cavity wax. It can also be used in electrical systems to prevent galvanic corrosion and other negative influences such as moisture.

DINITROL 4010 leaves a hard, transparent film that resists acids and bases and is heat-resistant up to a temperature of 200 degrees. DINITROL 4010 can also be used to treat motor housings, motors and other components that have to withstand high temperatures.

Pre-treatment

The surfaces must be dry, clean and free of corrosion. DINITROL 1000 can be applied in advance to seal cavities.

Application

The product can be applied using high or low pressure systems, airless or airmix.
The application temperature should be between 15 and 30°C. Product hardness, flexibility and adhesion increase with higher drying temperatures.

Recoating

We do not recommend overcoating DINITROL 4010.
